What’s vogue this season you ask and we answer, its #Palazzos!
Palazzos are a fad this season and a must in your wardrobe. We say so ‘coz B-town bombshells are going gaga over this piece of cloth. Perhaps it started with Deepika Padukone (her look in Cocktail) or perhaps it didn’t. But whatever the reason, the craze has caught up like wild fire and is selling like hot cakes. These flare pants is a favorite of every fashionista. The thing about these pants is that they give you a vintage feel and are extremely comfortable to be decked in. They can be donned as a casual wear or even for the parties.
For all the girls out there who wanna ape their favourite celeb should try out palazzo pants with high heels and preferably a crop top. If crop top isn’t feasible, a razorback would do just fine. Team it with a funky knitted shrug and you too would be ramp ready.
Parineeti Chopra has been spotted sporting the palazzo look during the promotions of her upcoming film Kill Dil. South siren Illeana D’cruz has pulled off the palazzo look by giving it a sexy touch. While Parineeti opted for a casual look, Illeana simply contrasted it with the peplum crop tops or checks crop tops and has been showing off her toned midriff with much aplomb.
Nargis Fakhri seems to follow Parineeti Chopra by her keep-it-casual look and Aditi Rao Hydari is seen experimenting the palazzo pants in different fabrics. Malaika Arora Khan too has become a fan of this look and is seen sporting it often. She teams a plain vest top with palazzo pants and carries it off with bright colored jacket. While Sonakshi chose a stripped tee with a plain palazzo, Shraddha Kapoor and Anushka Sharma went floral while Sridevi gave it a formal touch. However, we consider Deepika Padukone, the current hottest diva, the reigning queen when it comes to sporting palazzos.
These wide legged pants move from cool to chic in minutes. What’s more? They ably cover your muffin tops and do not let you become a victim of fashion faux pas. You get an array of designs to suit your body shape and if you are much too keen on flaunting your footwear, the ankle length pants work magic. If you own a wide top and haven’t used it yet, try them on with palazzos. The plain looking outfit can be dazzled with a brocade jacket or shrug. Albeit look can’t be festooned with too much accessories, perhaps a chunky bangle or a neckpiece is enough to give it a classy touch. Belts are simply a no-no but if you have to carry a belt try the ones that Deepika is wearing or chunky one like Sridevi’s.To give this look a finishing touch, carry a cute li’l clutch and walk the ramp with panache.
